New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church located in Winston-Salem, NC is prayerfully seeking to fill the vacant position of pastor. Our Pastor Search Committee is currently accepting applications for candidates. New Jerusalem MBC was established in 1946 by a group of believers with the desire to be recognized as a church that embraces freedom of worship bound only by Gods Word and Missionary Baptist teachings and practices. Current Sunday worship attendance averages 60-70 congregants. Situated in beautiful Forsyth County, home to outstanding Winston-Salem State University and Wake Forest  University. Our church congregation is seeking a candidate who exhibits the following ministry priorities: (1) An effective communicator of well-prepared sermons, (2) A nurturing leader who grows personally and helps others grow, (3) A person who emphasizes discipleship and spiritual growth, (4) A person who emphasizes the importance of strong families, (5) A gifted teacher who enables persons to learn and understand deep spiritual truths, and (6) Embraces freedom of worship bound only by Gods word following Missionary Baptist practices.
