Attention NJMBC Family:
RE: Online Church Services Only
Date: Nov 2020
Pastor Speas, the Health Ministry and church leaders have been closely monitoring the surge in positive Coronavirus cases locally, statewide and across the nation. Unfortunately, positive COVID-19 cases are trending upward at alarming rates. As such, the decision has been made for NJMBC to return to online services ONLY (via Facebook and YouTube). This prayerful, careful decision was also made in anticipation of the holiday season, during which time the number of positive cases are projected to soar even higher. Even so, we extend sincere thanks to our Health Ministry and Security Ministry for implementing a solid process that allowed us to have a safe, blessed in-person worship experience without incident during this pandemic.
Pastor Speas, in consultation with the Health Ministry and the Executive Board, will determine what date in 2021 that in-person services will resume at NJMBC. That date will be posted on the church website and Facebook page. In the meantime, we encourage everyone to adhere to recommended safety protocol and health guidelines, and practice the three WS (wear your mask over your nose and mouth; wash your hands frequently; wait six feet apart to avoid close contact with others).
We look forward to worshipping with you online and in spirit. Please stay safe, remain healthy, proceed prayerfully and be blessed!
In Christian Love,
Pastor Ronald E. Speas
